While we are often planning destination weddings at The Maples Estate (our very own weekend wedding venue in New York’s Hudson Valley), sometimes it’s just not the right fit for your specific wedding vision. Your Hudson Valley based New York Wedding Planner and Creative Director — What makes me feel most alive? Creating experiences that feel deeply personal, beautifully intentional, and completely true to the people at the center of them. I design weddings that are immersive, elevated, and unmistakably yours, gatherings that bring everyone into a moment they’ll never forget.
Whether you’re hosting a multi-day celebration at The Maples Estate or dreaming up something entirely your own, I’m here to guide you through every step. I bring both vision and structure, creative design that reflects your story and logistical clarity that ensures your weekend unfolds with a sense of ease.
My background isn’t rooted in ballrooms or banquet halls. I come from large-scale event production, hospitality leadership, and community-building, having produced hundreds of events from festivals and concerts to public art activations and nonprofit galas. I’ve managed city streets, artist green rooms, restaurant floors, and open-air stages. I know how to carry big ideas, navigate complexity with calm, and transform challenging spaces into thoughtful, beautifully orchestrated celebrations.
That experience taught me what truly matters:
Weddings should reflect who you are and how you love. They should feel intentional, grounded, spacious, and emotionally resonant. They should make your guests feel welcomed and swept up in something meaningful. And they should give you the gift of presence, free from the noise, anchored in the moment.
Most of the weddings I plan take place at The Maples Estate, our extended-weekend venue just west of New York’s Hudson Valley. But I also partner with a select number of couples each year on full-service celebrations and coordination in unique, off-site locations.

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning as your creative director is designed for couples who want our team to guide the entire process from start to finish. From design direction and vendor selection to logistics, timelines, and weekend coordination, we handle the details so you can stay present and enjoy the experience.
Full-service planning begins at $20,000 for multi-day wedding weekends and $16,000 for single-day weddings, and can be secured up to 18 months in advance of your celebration.

Our Wedding Coordination service is ideal for couples who plan their own wedding but want an experienced team to step in toward the finish line. Beginning approximately two months before your wedding, we take over communication with your vendors, finalize timelines, layouts and logistics, and manage the full wedding day so you can celebrate without worrying about the details.
Coordination services begin at $6,000 for single-day weddings and may be secured up to 8 months in advance of your wedding date.

Planning with a smaller overall investment but still want expert guidance? Our Wedding Coaching packages may be the perfect fit. You’ll still receive our insights, resources, and strategic support—we simply empower you to lead the planning while we walk alongside you as your trusted advisor.

Our planning fee is based on the level of support required, and only adjusts if the scope of your celebration evolves.
For weddings with total investments exceeding $150,000, a 12% production fee may apply depending on the scope and complexity of the event.
Additional fees might include travel, lodging and staffing depending on scope and location of the wedding.
