Yes. Venue selection can be part of our full-service wedding planning process, and having a planner involved before signing a venue contract can be incredibly helpful.

Beyond aesthetics, we consider capacity, catering requirements, weather plans, rentals, transportation, lodging, accessibility, production needs, power, guest flow, and the costs that may not be immediately obvious when comparing venues.

We have a network of talented wedding professionals throughout Upstate New York, the Hudson Valley, Catskills, New York City, and beyond, and we’re happy to make thoughtful recommendations. While we don't have a set overall wedding investment minimum, the celebrations we plan typically begin around $1,000 per guest. From there, your overall investment is shaped by your guest count, location, vendor team, number of events, and the experience you want to create.

Some couples prioritize incredible food, thoughtful hospitality, and meaningful time with their people. Others invest in elaborate floral installations, live entertainment, custom stationery, immersive design, multi-day events, or highly personalized guest experiences. There isn't one formula for what a wedding should cost, and there isn't an upper limit to what we can help you imagine, design, and produce.

As owners of The Maples Estate, where weddings unfold over an extended weekend rather than a single day, we have extensive experience thinking beyond the ceremony and reception. Welcome dinners, casual gatherings, excursions, rehearsal events, after-parties, farewell brunches, transportation, lodging, and the quieter moments in between can all become part of the larger guest experience.

For multicultural, interfaith, or religious celebrations, we take the time to understand which traditions are meaningful to you and your families, how they should be honored, and how they fit within the larger experience. When appropriate, we collaborate with family members, officiants, cultural specialists, caterers, musicians, and other vendors who can bring the right knowledge and perspective to the process.
