Hey, I’m Katie

Your Hudson Valley based Wedding Planner — What makes me feel most alive? Creating experiences that feel deeply personal, beautifully intentional, and completely true to the people at the center of them. I design weddings that are immersive, elevated, and unmistakably yours—gatherings that bring everyone into a moment they’ll never forget.

Whether you’re hosting a multi-day celebration at The Maples Estate or dreaming up something entirely your own, I’m here to guide you through every step. I bring both vision and structure—creative design that reflects your story and logistical clarity that ensures your weekend unfolds with a sense of ease.

My background isn’t rooted in ballrooms or banquet halls. I come from large-scale event production, hospitality leadership, and community-building, having produced hundreds of events—from festivals and concerts to public art activations and nonprofit galas. I’ve managed city streets, artist green rooms, restaurant floors, and open-air stages. I know how to carry big ideas, navigate complexity with calm, and transform challenging spaces into thoughtful, beautifully orchestrated celebrations.

That experience taught me what truly matters:
Weddings should reflect who you are and how you love. They should feel intentional, grounded, spacious, and emotionally resonant. They should make your guests feel welcomed and swept up in something meaningful. And they should give you the gift of presence—free from the noise, anchored in the moment.

Most of the weddings I plan take place at The Maples Estate, our extended-weekend venue just west of the Hudson Valley. But I also partner with a select number of couples each year on full-service celebrations in unique, off-site locations.

Full-Service Planning, Design & Coordination

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning is designed for couples investing $100,000+ in their celebration—perfect if you want our team to handle the details from start to finish, so you can focus on soaking it all in.

Working with a smaller budget but still want expert guidance? Our coaching packages might be the perfect fit. You’ll still get our insights, resources, and support—we’ll just empower you to take the lead while we walk beside you.

Vision & Mood Board

In getting to know you, I will create your wedding day vision and provide you with a detailed mood board covering colors, theme development, linen selection, decor items, florals, place settings, floor plans, seating arrangements, and more!

Wedding Budget

I will create & manage your wedding weekend budget to help you stick to the plan. You will also recieve a vendor payment schedule to keep you on track.

Vendor Selection

I will manage your vendor selection process:

✔ outreach to vendors to determine availability and pricing
✔ review vendor quotes and make recommendations
✔ assistant in vendor meetings and bookings
✔ attend vendor meetings to go over wedding details

Status Calls

I will also keep you up to date with monthly status calls! During these calls we will review the current task list, updated budget status, timeline and vendor info.

Weekend Long Support

✔ Manage your rehearsal ceremony
✔ Setup and styling of events outside the wedding day (if applicable)

Wedding Day Support

✔ Oversee your wedding day itinerary
✔ Setup and styling of your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception including placement of tables and chairs, personalized design details such as signage, gift box, welcome baskets, etc.
✔ Coordination and support for your vendors
✔ Designated attendant for your wedding party (as needed)
✔ Assist photographer with wedding party and family wrangling (as needed)
✔ Manage your timeline to keep your wedding day on track
✔ Manage those pesky little details so you don’t even know they’re happening
